The WEDGE application is to be used by state agencies to prepare and submit year end GAAP basis financial information for use in the compliation of the ACFR.

Training for users of the WEDGE and SCO563 Applications, including specific trainings for interfund transfers, shared funds, nonshared funds and grants/contracts.
Locally Held Funds
Training for users of the Locally Held Funds Application, which is used to prepare and submit the quarterly C-17 locally held fund reports.
Bond Tracking System (BITS)
Training for users of the BITS Application, which is used to enter information on bond issuances and payments.
The Comptroller's Office is required by statute to list the agencies that are delinquent in their reporting responsibilities to the Illinois Office of the Comptroller. Agencies are required by statute to provide their financial data by October 31st of every year so that the Comptroller's Office may complete its reporting responsibilities in a timely manner.
